Software Development Specialist

Required part-time on contract basis. Must have at least 3 years commercial experience developing complex, relational database systems using Microsoft technologies. Must demonstrate exceptional programming ability using both .NET Framework tools and Microsoft Access, and have superior communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a business background, have developed both Web and desktop applications and have advanced knowledge of Visual Studio and SQL Server.
