Give us a call to discuss your needs. After an initial assessment by phone, we'll schedule a free one-hour consultation to explore the problem you're having. We’re straightforward and honest – if we aren’t able to meet your needs, we’ll refer you to someone who can.
Based on the one-hour consultation, we'll give you a quote for a first-step "solution map" – our comprehensive analysis of your problem and your needs. This step entails discussions with your key information users to analyze your current business system and processes, and provides you with an outline of the information solution we propose. The solution map adds value by giving you a path to follow, whether you engage us to build your system or not.
After preparing the solution map for a development project, we are able to provide you a detailed quote for the remainder of the project: the design, implementation, and support for your new system. Or, if your needs fit one of our existing products, we may be able to provide you with a system where little or no extra development work is needed.
For a Project Management role we are able to provide you with an outline of the issues to be considered and tasks to be managed, along with suggestions for assigning responsibility, timelines, etc.
